Thank you for choosing MEDILAG Guest. Please take note of the following booking rules:
- Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. A refundable sum of ₦5,000 is charged as an incidental deposit in case of damage to our facility.
- Check-out time is 12:00 noon, and check-in time is 12:30 pm.
- Late check-out before 6:00 pm attracts a 50% charge of the room rate, while the full rate is charged after 6:00 pm.
- To guarantee your reservation, you are required to pay the full rate.
- An extra adult staying in the room attracts an additional charge of ₦10,000 per person.
- NO REFUND after a guaranteed reservation; reuse attracts a 50% extra charge.
- Gym usage is complimentary for our GUEST ONLY for a maximum of 30 minutes.
- SMOKING IS PROHIBITED on our premises. A guest or visitor that violates this policy shall pay 50% of the room rate as a penalty.
- All accounts must be in credit. Please obtain a receipt for all transactions.
