1. What additional services are available at Medilag Guest House?

At Medilag Guest House, we offer a range of additional services to enhance your stay. These include access to our gym, laundry service, restaurant & bar, and on-site supermarket. Please note that some services may incur additional charges.

2. Can guests access the gym, and is there a fee?

 Yes, guests have complimentary access to our gym, which features cardio machines, free weights, and strength training equipment suitable for all fitness levels. Please note that gym usage is exclusively for our guests and limited to a maximum of 30 minutes per session.

3. Is there a laundry service available?

Yes, we provide an on-site laundry service for the convenience of our guests. For a nominal fee of NGN 200 per item, our laundry team will ensure your clothes are fresh and ready for your next adventure.

4. What are the check-in and check-out times?

 Check-in time is after 12:30 PM, while check-out time is at 12:00 PM. Late check-out before 6:00 PM will incur a 50% charge of the room rate, while full rate is charged after 6:00 PM.

5. Are there any rules regarding extra persons in the room?

Yes, an extra adult staying in the room attracts an additional charge of NGN 10,000 per person. Please ensure to include all guests in your reservation to avoid any inconvenience.

6. Is smoking allowed on the premises?

No, smoking is strictly prohibited on our premises. Guests or visitors found violating this policy will be subject to a penalty equivalent to 50% of the room rate.

7. Are pets allowed at Medilag Guest House?

No, pets are not allowed on our premises.

8. Can I cancel my reservation?

Reservations made at Medilag Guest House are non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

9. Is there a deposit required for incidental charges?

Yes, a refundable sum of NGN 5,000 is charged as an incidental deposit in case of damage to our facilities. This amount will be refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages or

10. How can I guarantee my reservation?

To guarantee your reservation, full payment is required at the time of booking. Please ensure to settle any outstanding balances to confirm your reservation.

11. Is there a penalty for reusing towels and linens?

Yes, reusing towels and linens will incur an additional charge equivalent to 50% of the room rate. We encourage our guests to help us conserve resources by limiting unnecessary laundering of linens during their stay.

13. Can I request for early check-in or late check-out?

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact our reception desk in advance to make arrangements.

14. Are there any restrictions on noise levels or gatherings in the rooms?

To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all guests, we kindly request that noise levels are kept to a minimum, especially during late hours. Parties and gatherings in the rooms are strictly prohibited.
