  1. Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made for reservations at Medilag Guest House are non-refundable. This includes payments made for room bookings, additional services, and incidental charges.
  2. Cancellation Policy: Once a reservation is confirmed and payment is made, it cannot be canceled or refunded. We encourage guests to carefully review their travel plans before booking to avoid any inconvenience.
  3. Exceptional Circumstances: In rare cases of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, medical emergencies, or other events beyond your control, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Guests are required to provide valid documentation or evidence supporting their refund request.
  4. Incidental Deposit: A refundable sum of NGN 5,000 is charged as an incidental deposit upon check-in. This deposit is held to cover any damages to the property or additional charges incurred during your stay. The deposit will be refunded at check-out, provided there are no damages or outstanding charges.
  5. No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show, where a guest fails to arrive for their reservation without prior notice, no refunds will be issued. The full amount of the reservation will be charged to the guest’s account.
  6. Modification Policy: Modifications to existing reservations, such as changes to the check-in/out dates or room type, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests are advised to contact us as soon as possible to discuss any modifications to their booking.
